Kisma Panthier-Jn Pierre is a dynamic force in alternative education, teen mindset coaching, entrepreneurial coaching, and women’s empowerment. With nearly two decades of classroom experience, she has guided hundreds of young people through school, helping them achieve academic success and develop a winning mindset. Her personal journey of perseverance has inspired countless women to pursue their dreams fearlessly.

As the founder of her own primary school, Kisma has been featured in newspapers, magazines, and television programs. She has delivered keynote speeches at SpeakerCon, the Leadership Experience Tour, and the Leo Club of Antigua and Barbuda, motivating audiences both locally and internationally.

Kisma has also facilitated impactful workshops at local institutions such as the Eastern Caribbean Amalgamated Bank on topics including Healthy living and Work/Life Balance.

She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from York St. John’s University and a certificate in Leadership Agility and High Performance from the University of the West Indies. A firm believer in dreaming big, Kisma encourages every young person and woman she encounters to take bold action toward their goals.
